WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR?

Our Recruiters come from a variety of commercial backgrounds, ranging from retail, hospitality and professional services. You don’t need to have worked in recruitment before as we provide a comprehensive training programme, including industry-recognised qualifications. The most important factor for us is that you are motivated, with great people skills and a desire to deliver an excellent customer experience. In return you’ll be learning new skills every day, expanding your commercial awareness and earning an un-capped salary in the process!

Regardless of your employment background, you will be used to working to targets and have experienced an element of sales. You will need to be organised, with good general administration skills and a keen eye for detail. It can be difficult to find good candidates, so a degree of perseverance and tenacity is also important!
