On 1st March 2005, our founding Directors Stuart Moore and Claire Kingsbury opened Plus One Recruitment (then Plus One Personnel) to the jobseekers and employers of Banbury. Within just a couple of weeks they had made their first successful introduction and their first positive mark on the local economy!
Fast-forward 20 years and during this time, the business has successfully placed literally thousands of people into employment, with hundreds of businesses across Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and the surrounding counties.
Commenting on reaching this milestone, Stuart said “To reach 20 years in business feels like a real achievement. Since Claire and I set up the company, I’m proud to say that we have not only helped to match thousands of local employers and jobseekers, but we have also been the starting point for many successful recruitment professionals, who began their careers with Plus One Recruitment, and continue to make a positive impact in our wonderful industry”
