When Plus One first began working with Volvo Group, we were invited to their UK head office in Warwick. They have a great company culture and there is a great deal of focus put into the engagement and happiness of their employees. As their recruitment partner, it is our job to not only provide high quality candidates for interview, but also to ensure that the candidates we put forward are the right fit for the existing team.
During our visit we were given the opportunity to meet with the relevant line managers from across the Volvo Group brands such as Volvo Financial Service, Renault Trucks, Uptime Solutions and Parts. We were able to develop an in depth understanding of the type of professionals that thrive and progress within those specific brands.
Since then we have been able to successfully introduce our candidates into temporary, contract and permanent roles with the company.
